Visions of Utopia Video Donation
Donations here will be used to complete volume two of Geoph Kozeny's award-winning video, which provides an overview of the Intentional Communities Movement and profiles of 17 examples of contemporary communities. Volume one was released in 2002 and all the raw footage was shot for the second and final volume when Geoph succumbed to pancreatic cancer in October 2007. Donations will be used to script and edit the remaining eight profiles, and compile everything into a finished DVD. We are seeking $32,000 to accomplish this, and have already collected half of it. |

Graphic Redesign Donation
FIC has been around for 20 years and we've created a wide array of publications and services--including Communities Directory, Communities magazine, Art of Community weekends, Visions of Utopia video, Community Bookshelf, and our family of websites. All of these were crafted by different people at different times, and they all have different looks. We figure it's time to brand all of our offerings so that they'll have a distinctive FIC feel. We're seeking $1400 (to match $1000 we've already raised) to compensate our graphic designer to help us create a new logo and templates for all of our publications and promotional materials. |
