Visions of Utopia video is available on DVD plus in two VHS formats: NTSC (American) and PAL (European). Although the DVD is in NTSC format only, almost all DVD players sold in PAL countries play both kinds of discs. Also, this DVD will play on any computer equipped with a DVD drive -- computers automatically convert NTSC or PAL.

There are three world standards for video: PAL, NTSC and SECAM (and Brazil has something called PAL-M). These standards are mostly incompatible, although some recent VCRs will play multiple formats. Please check your VCR manual, or with the manufacturer if in doubt.

NTSC is the video standard in the following countries (according to the best information we could obtain in 2002):
